Meet Our Board – Suzy Miller

How did you get involved with Central Coast Basketball?

In 2015 my son Max started playing domestic to keep up his fitness for soccer in the off season, a few years later he quit soccer to trial for Rebels and has been involved ever since. My daughter also left Netball a few years ago to play domestic Basketball and we are hooked! I was Team Manager for the Champion 14M2 Red team in 2021 and love the excitement of being courtside watching the players and Coaches do what they love.

What year did you join the Board?

I joined the Board of Directors in 2021.

What are your key responsibilities on the Board?

I leverage off my background as a leadership development specialist to support the Board, as well as my passion to strengthen the Central Coast Basketball brand, both internally and externally.

What are you most looking forward to for the future of Central Coast Basketball?

I’m excited about the growth of Basketball nationally and look forward to seeing this translate locally with initiatives that strengthen our community.
